[ROLSS] SW calibration 12/08/05 and sun avoidance 19/08/05

FYI, GERB-2 will be in SW Calibration modes today from 14:30-15:30 and
will be put in SAFE mode on 19/08/05 for the duration of the autumn sun
avoidance season.
