[ROLSS] Correction of night time emitted thermal fluxes

Dear GERB users,

An underestimation of the limb darkening has been detected for GERB fluxes 
from cold scenes, resulting in an error up to 20 W/m2.  A correction has been 
defined derived from a comparison with CERES fluxes.  The correction has been 
applied to the near-real time GERB fluxes from 29/9/2004 onwards.
