[ROLSS] Update to GERB status

Dear all,

Just a quick update on progress to get GERB data flowing again. The
operations this week have progressed more slowly than anticipated and
GERB is still in a SAFE mode. We are currently expecting to be in a
position to return to NORMAL mode within the next week.

Most of the issues we have encountered have been related to instrument
software and operations, and should have no significant impact on
science data. My apologies for the loss of data over this period, we are
doing all we can to return GERB to a data collecting mode as soon as
possible.
